Sandra Bullock and her family have donated thousands of masks to health care workers fighting COVID-19.

Bullock’s boyfriend, Bryan Randall, shared a sweet photo of the actress with a healthcare worker while at the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles.

The caption revealed it was Bullock’s children’s idea to donate the masks to the hospital amid COVID-19.

“Kids wanted to give masks, 6000 of them went to the warriors on the front lines in downtown LA,” Randall wrote in the caption. “Thank you, Olivia, at #adventiswhitememorial. Thank you, Ricardo, at #childrenshospitallosangeles… Louis and Laila’s note could not have said it better.”

Randall added, “@masks.4.heros. I’m not sure who that freak is in the background.”
