Getting pregnant isn’t always easy. The entire fertility process is an emotional roller coaster and it’s very easy to get discouraged. One moment you’re daydreaming about starting or growing your family and then all of a sudden a roadblock dashes your hopes.
If you and your spouse are having fertility difficulty, you’re not alone. According to studies and our friends at the Reproductive Care Center in Utah, 1 in 8 couples have trouble getting pregnant or sustaining a pregnancy. But staying positive is an extremely important part of your fertility journey. Research has shown that women with high levels of stress have a much harder time getting pregnant.
