Billie Joe Armstrong’s new band, The Longshot, unveiled the rest of their members at their debut live performance over the weekend in Oakland, California. The lineup features Green Day musician Jeff Matika on bass and vocals, David S. Field on drums, and Kevin Preston on guitar. They joined Armstrong for the group’s maiden performance on Saturday night. They opened a 15-song set at 1-2-3-4 Go! Records with a cover of David Bowie’s “Ziggy Stardust.” The tickets for the show, which was announced at the last minute, were sold for $15 on a first come first serve basis. The Longshot dropped a surprise EP last week, featuring the tracks “Love Is For Losers,” “Taxi Driver” and “Chasing A Ghost.” Copyright(c) 2018 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
