Kelly Clarkson is set to lend her voice to a character in the upcoming Trolls film sequel, Trolls World Tour. Clarkson has been cast as Delta Dawn, mayor of the country Trolls, in the movie. She will also reportedly sing an original song. Trolls World Tour is expected to be released to theaters on April 17, 2020. Walt Dohrn is directing the movie, while Gina Shay will take care of the production for Universal Pictures. Anthony Ramos, Karan Soni, Flula Borg, Jamie Dornan, Sam Rockwell, and Chance the Rapper have also been signed on to the project. Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake will reprise the lead roles of Poppy and Branch in the sequel. The movie revolves around the discovery of other Troll worlds, which is each defined by a different genre of music. All the diverse Trolls unite when mysterious threat threaten their existence.
