Legendary artist Sir Elton John has announced dates for the 18-show Australian and New Zealand leg of his global “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” tour. “Between November 2019 and February 2020, Elton will traverse Australia and New Zealand, in what will be his most extensive tour of the region to date,” according to a statement on his official website. The Australian leg will kick off with back-to-back appearances at Perth’s HBF Park on Saturday November 30 and Sunday December 1. The 3-date New Zealand leg will commence on February 4, 2020 at Forsyth Barr Stadium in Dunedin. “I always love coming back to Australia,” John said in a statement. “Ever since my first visit in 1971 it has held a very special place in my heart.” General ticket sales start on February 14. John was recently crowned by Billboard as the most successful performing male solo artist of all time.
