Eric Clapton will play a limited run of solo concerts on the West Coast this fall in the run-up to his Crossroads Guitar Festival. Tickets for the September shows in San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Phoenix will go on sale on April 26 at 10 am local time. Eric Clapton’s band for these shows will include Doyle Bramhall II, Paul Carrack, Nathan East, Steve Gadd, and Chris Stainton with Sharon White and Katie Kissoon on backing vocals. The newly announced shows will precede Clapton’s sold-out Crossroads Guitar Festival, taking place at the American Airlines Center in Dallas on September 20 and 21. The Festival will feature the past, present and future of guitar music on one stage for an unparalleled musical event. All profits will benefit The Crossroads Center in Antigua, a treatment and education facility founded by Clapton for chemically dependent persons.
