“Dancing With a Stranger” has reached the top of Billboard’s Radio Songs Airplay Chart. The duet, featuring Sam Smith and Normani, rose one step on the ranking with a 9 percent gain to 102.9 audience impressions in the week ending May 12, Nielsen Music data shows. “Dancing with a Stranger” is the second Radio Songs No. 1 by Smith. The best performance for Normani until now was her first solo entry, “Love Lies,” with Khalid, which reached No. 3 in September 2018. The song, written by Smith, Jimmy Napes, Mikkel S.
